Definitions:

Products means the products described in any order made via the Postal Ink website.

Site means the current live version of the Fortech website as maintained on the world wide web.

i - postalink.co.uk is the online store of Postal Ink, a trading name of S Babbs.

We track the electronic "fingerprints" of every order placed on the site to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

xvi - Postal Ink's limit of liability from any issues resulting from use of products or information from this website will be to replace product or refund original purchase price.

xvii - If any individual clause in these terms and conditions if found to be illegal then the remaining terms will still be deemed to form part of any contract with Postal Ink.

xvi - This site, and the conditions above, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The English courts would resolve any disputes arising from this site.
