Shipping & Returns
Contract for the Supply of Goods
The display of goods on the Postalink.co.uk site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Postal Ink unless, and until, an email is sent by Postal Ink to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Postal Ink of your offer to buy goods from Postal Ink and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
Processing of orders
- We aim to ship all items within within 1 working day of receiving your order.
- All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail First Class or an equivalent Courier service. (depending on size/weight). Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address as packages may require a signature.
- Your order may be delayed if the item is not currently in stock, but we will inform you if this is the case and offer a full refund.
- We will keep you updated by E-mail as to the status of your order (unless you ask us not to).
- Credit/Debit cards are debited before Postal Ink ships items.
- Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from Postal Ink.
Returns Policy
Our "returns" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with all seals intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, (Unfortunately Postage is not refundable).
Please note: we can not accept the return of opened items unless faulty.
